Hydra-Cell positive displacement pumps feature a seal-less pumping chamber and hydraulically-balanced diaphragm design, enabling the pumps to provide leak-free, low maintenance performance while processing difficult fluids over a wide range of pressures and flows. The pumps can run dry without damage and will handle abrasives and particulates (up to 500 microns) that can destroy other pumps.

Curo Pumps has been designing and manufacturing pumps in South Africa for the last 30 years and their robust design is ideal for the African market. Varisco Pumps
Varisco specialises in the manufacture of self-priming centrifugal pumps with semi-open impellers. The Pumpsmith are the Varisco agents for KZN and we have many of these pumps in our own rental fleet. The STR series have impressive solids handling capabilities and is ideal for pumping sewage and other wastewater. Their mechanical seals are located in a oil chamber which allows them to run dry for long periods. This makes them ideal for dewatering applications.
